Yes, we do accept returns, but refunds will only be provided if the items meet specific conditions. The returned item must be in a fully re-sellable condition, in its original packaging, and have all labels securely attached. For swimwear specifically, the original hygiene strips must still be attached to the garment. Please be aware that cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration and restocking fee.

If you need to return an item due to selecting the incorrect size, the item must still meet our standard return eligibility. You may return the item for a refund provided it is in a re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached, and, if it is swimwear, the hygiene strips must remain attached.
